Review 11/22/2011

In April of 2011 I bought a new 2011 Ram 2500 4X4 Big Horn from Cerritos Dodge, my Sales man was Russ Collins. At the time of the perches I was having a candid conversation with Russ my Sales Man about possibly lifting the truck & putting aftermarket tires on the new truck. My concern was the tire sensors working on the new rims. Russ assured me that the stock sensors will work on the new rims, at that time he told my Girlfriend, my Daughter and Myself that all I needed to do was bring the truck in after the new rims are mounted and he would have the Service Dept. set the sensors (No Charge) that it will only take a few minutes. A couple months later I had the rims mounted on the truck after that I called to set up a appointment to have a Oil Change, some warranty work done and the tire sensors done. On Nov 9th 2011 I dropped the truck off for the appointment & was told that I would be charged 1hr ($105.00)labor for the Sensors to be set, at that time I asked to talk to Russ Collins so he could make good on his end of the deal. I was told Russ was off & was able to talk to his Mgr. (Kevin or Jack) when I finally talked to whoever Russes mgr was, he was extremely Rude & treated me disrespectful. Because of the way I was treated I just left & later that evening called Russ to talk to him about the situation. On the Phone Russ remembered exactly who I was and the Commitment that he did make! He then told me that everything would be taking care of by the time I picked up my Truck the next day. On Nov 10 I was called to come get my truck that everything was done, when I got there the charge for the tire sensors was still on the bill. I then asked to talk to the same Mgr. that I talked to the prior day, I was told by the receptionist that he was to busy to talk to me & had me talk to another Mgr. That Mgr called Russ & confirmed the conversation he asked me to talk to Russ. Russ told me that they will take care of me at the register, that I will be getting the Employee discount assuming would be free labor. When I got to the register I got the new bill with a $95.00 charge on it, I asked why and the cashier told me that there is no employee discount on labor, that I would have to back to the Sales Dept to get that charge covered. I had been there for over a hour and 1.5 hours the prior day trying to get this resolved & was only treated like garbage handed from person to person and disrespected. I bought one of the most expensive vehicles on the lot with over $40,000 put down on it and never expected to be treated so bad, it seems after Cerritos Dodge gets your money there attitude completely changes. I have bought over 5 cars from dealerships over the past 4 years & have never been treated so bad.
