I recently purchased a 2002 Dodge 2500 from this company...I was a little leery since it was having some issues in 4 wheel drive. They reduced the price and I felt like I should leave this truck but after constant reassurance from Chris that they had driven this truck many times as a matter of fact they told me that they had been driving it to auctions and hauling cars back to their lot with it I purchased this truck. I had about a 5 hour drive back home and after 3 and a half hours in the road the oil pressure dropped and every bell and whistle in the truck went off. BLOWN MOTOR!! Neither Brendles or Tier One who sells the warranty on this truck will pay to replace the motor these are some of the worst people we have dealt with, both companies!! Now I have a shiny piece of crap that I have to still pay for setting in my yard! If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from them or a warranty from Tier One..run...run like hell and don't look back. This truck has sat in my yard for months and all I have heard form Brendles is how they are going to help me now they say their hands are tied and they can't do anything...I think that they intentionally strung me along for 90 days hoping I would have no recourse. At any rate you would be better shopping for a car at a junk yard then here!
