I really wish I had of read reviews of this company before purchasing 5 costumes from them for a school program. They got the order wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong accessories. They will not answer an email. I called costumer service the day I received the package with the wrong order. The costumer service was not helpful. They did approve an exchange for the right accessories but I had to pay the shipping to send the wrong ones back. I requested a refund on that but was refused. I now have to pay for alterations for the costumes that were the wrong sizes. I would have sent the entire order back but I had ordered them for other people, and the children have to be dressed alike. This company should not be allowed to function. For more wonderful reviews of this company try Amazon. I am very disappointed in them for allowing this company to operate through them. I also called the manufacture of the costumes to see if I could just order the right costumes through them. IT IS A DISCONTINUED COSTUME. So they were just trying to piece together different costumes to satisfy the order. Well I am not satisfied. On top of all of this, when I go to the website they still have the same costume up and it still says in stock just waiting for the next sucker to order from them.
