Do NOT buy from Brands on Sale. They are the absolute worst in customer service. They sent me the wrong item (not as pictured on the website), then I had to argue with them to take it back, I shipped it back promptly and then two months later no credit to my AMEX. I tried to call and resolve this several times having to explain the situation in detail each time (can't they make a note in my account??) Then when I asked to have some of the shipping charge refunded to me, they gave me $1.30 back!!! A slap in the face after being given the run around for over three months. They could have cared less about their poor customer service...it's like they take PRIDE in treating the customer like crap.
