Great Company, Great customer service, Great Product.
I don't know why they are rated a cc they should be an A++. I bought a floor Sample bowflex machine. It was missing the manual. I called customer support. Was on hold 35 seconds. The rep answered, asked me what model, did i want the manual sent via email, fax or mail? I told him email. It was in my inbox in 3 minutes. The bowflex works great, quality built product. The customer service is exellent. However I am still fat, I guess you need to use the machine more than once every three weeks.
