I ordered coffee on a promotion. The coffee is decent, but I wanted to cancel my membership because it seems pretty expensive for the amount of coffee you receive. I was told that in order to cancel, I had to either pay a $25 cancellation fee or wait for the next order of at least 4 bags of coffee that would come to more than $30. I went ahead and paid the fee, but if I can, I want to get that charge reversed. I have never heard of this before with any mail-order service that have these types of promotions. What a rip-off.
