They were great. All I had was a corrupt external hard drive; my info was trapped in it because it wasn't allowing connections to a computer. Whereas other rip-off places were quoting me figures from $300 and up, MDofPC Doctor of Computers charged very low, and explained and showed me the steps they were going through and why. Great experience.
