We have dealt with Blue Fountain twice for installations of pools at 2 different times. We have had various issues with the pools. Yet, until recently they have been handled quickly and appropriately. The pool we had installed 3 years ago has had nothing but problems from the beginning. While we were sold on a Salt System for the pool from their sales representative as being the best type of system with little to no maintenance, it has been hardly that at all. The auto-chlorinator cell has broken or stopped working and had to be replaced approximately 7 times. Furthermore, one piece of information they failed to mention was that the salt water will eat away at the very expensive stamped and colored concrete surface which we had installed. Finally, we have had issues with the lighting system in the pool in which the light has burnt out and needed to be replaced already 3 times in the last 6 months. This was fine until the pool has now dropped out of warranty. Suddenly, their service representative Daisy could care less about you as a customer. Her response has been more of one that your warranty is now up, too bad, so sad. You'll have to deal with the manufacturer. Well, to me the quality of a company is represented by the sincerity of their service standards. If you put in a bad product stand by it until it is fixed right. Unfortunately, this is evidently not the case with Blue Fountain Pools anymore.
