My wife ordered a "trial" of Advanced Cleanse as a weight loss supplement. I think this company's website is misleading at best, making sure that the terms and conditions are out of the way and in small print.....very easily missed unless you're an expert at on-line ordering.
In this case, the 14 day call in period specified on the website has been changed to 10 days with no correction to the website....once again, I think that's a bit deceptive in its nature. The company also charged for two memberships when only one was ordered. Customer service was contacted and they absolutely refused to refund any money whatsoever.....definitely a "buyer beware" company. Their only response was, "That's too bad, you should have read the terms and conditions".
I would steer clear of this company.....the product may be popular, but I feel they are deceptive and unwilling to right a wrong once they have your money. If they had even offered to refund one of the membership charges, I would have accepted and moved on. Not now!
