I ordered some suspension parts from Autopartsexpress.com on Friday morning because they had the parts for less then I was able to find anywhere else. I had called there and asked a few questions before I placed my order and the girl that answered was friendly and very helpful. Later that afternoon I decided to check them out on the Better Business Bureau website. I was concerned when I saw their ratting and read the reviews. Needless to say I spent all weekend wondering if I did the correct thing by ordering the parts from them. Monday afternoon came and the parts were at my door. So far I am happy with their customer service and promptness of them processing my order. I will be buying more for them and will continue to update my review of this company.
