Very poor customer support
|
Trying to contact someone via the phone to discuss your order or information of any kind about auto parts it's impossible. If you call their number you'll only hear a recording giving you instruccions to communicate via email, which is very inconvenient, specially when the order is incomplete or when not receiving what you paid for.
This is not a good customer service practice!
