Well let me just start out by saying that they decided to scam the wrong person here. I except the offer just because Elayne Kramer on the other end convinced me that I could just look at the info that came in the mail and then cancel and still get my whole refund back. Well after they took $395.00 out of my account within the next couple of days, I decided to do research. After finding all the awful reviews and ratings on the internet I called and cancelled on Feb 9, 2009. I talked to Dave who said Id receive my check in the mail in two months. Well of course two months went by and no check. So after constantly leaving messages with no call back I learned the system. First I got a hold of Donovan who was just amazed I hadn't received my refund check yet and this was 5/15/09. He told me he'd get that right out. Well 6/15/09 I called and of course Donovan wouldn't answer at ext. 9330 so I tried 9332 which led me to Rich. Rich told me that it looked like the check was now going to be sent out 7/24/09. I called back just to see and talked to Lee at 1617 which now to this day I cant get ahold of him. But Lee also said the same thing, 7/24/09. Well on 8/5/09, guess what, surprisingly NO CHECK! Well I called Rich and he now told he couldn't tell me when the check would be sent out and that account services sent the checks out and he didn't have that number he could only email them. So he'd said he'd email them for me. I was frustrated and told him I was tried of waiting. Its crazy they can take the money out in two days but it takes them 6+ months to put it back. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I've gone to the Att. Generals office of Florida. Made a complaint with BBB and division of consumer services. I've written reviews, hell I might even facebook this whatever I have to do. Like I said they've messed with the wrong person. When you call first push *67 then the number seems like they answer more. Or push ext. 9930, 9332, 9334, 9336 so on and so forth.
