I came in complaining about my cars side curtain airbags deploying after hitting onto dirt and that my seatbelts were no longer functional. They told me several times to keep driving the car for a couple days when service opened on monday, which I thought was the most absurd suggestion ever. Then i asked to speak with a manager or owner and the guy nearly laughed. He said to call customer service so i asked for the number. He said "It's in the owners manual" so i said do you have it off hand? n he goes "It's in the owners manual" I said could you just get it for me? and he goes "It's in the owners manual." They were very unwilling to help me and didnt take me seriously. I spoke to the general manager who said I didn't need the side airbags anyways! How dumb can you be? So maybe then they should have just removed my airbags and let me be on my way. The general manager said the side airbags are only "suggestion by the manufacturer." So i left a negative review on google and they refused to work on my car bc of it. If they were to work on my car they would know the terrible review i would have filled out after in the survey, so to prevent a bad servery, they decided to not service me. If i opened a chevy dealer, I'd try and make that customer as happy as possible. Not shoe him away and be spiteful like a little kid.
