DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! i rented a car while on vaca in La. it seemed fine, not the car i had ordered, but fine none the less. all was good until the car would not start. i called and explained that the battery was dead and i needed them to fix it, please. the owner/manager told me to get it jumped. i asked, isn't that your job? he said no, you are on your own. he was extremely rude and said it was my fault for being cheap, since it was only a 20$ per day rental. dont rent from here, pay the extra and rent from hertz, or enterprise! you have been warned!
