it took me almost three months to finally call natloan,beyond hesitant.i tryed one more time with my mrtge company to get help lowering my rate....it was going to cost me closing cost,approx.$7,000.00 to drop it ONE point,a savings of around 200.00 per month. i hung up and made the call to natloan,they took their time with me and i decided to move ahead with them.....the best 3,500.00 dollars i EVER spent,the day after christmas i recieved my paperwork from my mrtge company...loan modification,my interest was dropped from6.5% to 2.0% my payments went from approx.2,200.00 to 866.00 in three months i will have returned on my 3,500.00 and nevermind that....the amount of interest to be saved (not spent actually) over the 30yrs is astounding.now nat loan is in the process of the principal reduction,and i have no doubts that they shall accomplish that also.i have recommended everyone i know.my sister who just spent 6,000.00 with her bank to drop her interset by 1.5 points is now borrowing the money to enlist natloan,she also told her boss,who contacted me,nervous as he has three mrtges to contend with,and feels confident in spending the 11,000.00.the word Thankyou,in its depth of meaning is what i have to say.sincerely Diane Mahopac New York......thank you Charley Stevens
