Price and quality of the furniture are satisfactory and the sales reps are always very pleasant. Purchased our item at 12:18pm and went directly to the customer pick-up area to load it onto our truck. Admittedly it was a busy day for the store but after an hour of waiting in line of cars to enter the customer pick-up area, we were told our item was coming by truck from another warehouse and would take another 30 to 40 minutes. We could have left but there was a security guard letting one car in as another went out, we figured...we're not going to the end of that line again! An hour later, the delivery truck arrives from the other warehouse. Ah, finally..we watch as the guys from the pick up area unload the truck and reload other customers vehicles. The truck is empty, the other customers leave and we're still standing there looking at our empty truck bed instead of our new mattress and box springs. It is now 2:19, time to call 'Customer Service,' no luck with the 1-800#, on hold for 10 mins. Called the store directly and got a manager, Rita. Explained the situation and was given a discount on my purchase. At 3:10pm, another truck eventually arrived with our item, it was loaded onto our pick-up and I checked the time as we were signed out by the security guard, it was 3:20pm Earlier that day, I had told the sales rep that I was on my way to pick up our item, surely there is a problem here if I'm sitting in a warehouse parking lot for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon in beautiful sunny So Cal. Personally I like the store, but I'll be reluctant to shop there now because of this experience.
