My first interaction with Ashley was in June 2011. I would NEVER go back nor recommend them. As someone else stated they will repair the unit. My rocker/recliner has a tapping while rocking. The tech stuffed cardboard into the plastic foot and squirted some WD40 on something that was not even a mechanical squeak. After 2 weeks it came back...of course it takes 2+ weeks to get an appointment (I can see why)....their products are poor quality. And here I thought I was getting a bargain. Should have spent the money for Lazy Boy. The amount of complaints on the Internet is astonishing.
