We are an Oncology medical practice in Los Angeles, California. We have been using Apex Business Computing Software since 1998. I have been billing in the practice for the past few years and was helping billing in previous years as well. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD I CAN REPORT ABOUT THIS SOFTWARE. It is plagued with bugs, user interface is well below par, customer service is non-existent, and tech-support is miserable at best. The latter is particularly a major drawback as they are frequently needed to address issues with the software. We have lost thousands of dollars in lost revenue due to downtime. Dozens of calls and unanswered emails have been placed over the past several years. Why have we stayed with this worthless company? Many physicians are not eager for major change.
The faults and shortcomings of Apex are not even worth it if the software was free. The few times we were able to receive support, help was adequate, but I have experienced better, faster support from Linksys, Dell, and even Time Warner.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
