If you are a first time shopper of tires and have never shopped anywhere else you would give this company a five star rating due to the fact of not know any better.
I have bought tires for 4 of my cars from this company and have had a ok experience. I just moved to Valencia and realized that I had 2 screws in my tires and chose to exercise my certificates of replacement which state that anything happens to my tires they will replace it with a similarly priced tire.
Before going into the store I called in and someone on the phone told me that they had a special on Michelin Primacy tires. The person on the phone assured me that they had plenty in stock and they were on special.
During my visit to the store not only did they not replace my tires but I was told that the person on the phone was wrong and that there was no way the price I was given on the phone can be correct.
DO NOT BUY the certificates from America's Tire. They are nice to you up front and promise you the world but it seems as though it is an act of god to get the service that was promised later down the line. Every time you walk into the store you have to wait 2 hours to get anything done (DO NOT BE FOOLED BY FREE AIR CHECKS AND TIRE ROTATIONS). Also, they will go out of their way not to replace your tires if you have puncture or any road hazard. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
Instead of having to deal with this company I just drove 15 minutes to Just Tires and they had me done in 45 minutes and the people working there did not talk down to me.
I done know why people do business here when they have other choices.
