Be Aware!! In early February this company charged us up front $3500 for a guaranteed loan modification by their underwriters. End of May, they never returned our calls, and never concretized a loan modification. They are simply crooks and liars!! We would put a minus(-) zero star if it was possible, not a 1 star! Be Aware of this company!!
