Learn from my mistake

When you call Rooter Hero you'll hear a recording telling you that their service people will be neat and your satisfaction is very important to them. Here's how it really is:
Rooter Hero replaced a broken main drain at my house. They told me the job would be done in 3 days and it took 7 days due to disorganization and lack of planning. A 3rd party contractor finally completed the job but only after begging (I stood by as they called) for the supplies to be delivered.
But it get's worse. My insurance needed a cost breakdown to give me compensation for the work. The plumber said he sent the breakdown and I paid with my credit card the same day. I found out the next day that he didn't.
Over the next three weeks I asked for the breakdown and was repeatedly lied to by Rooter Hero's Service Manager. He basically refused to do 15 minutes of paperwork after I paid them $7500. I finally had to dispute my payment with the credit card company and contacted Rooter Hero's president directly.
They finally sent a someone by who quickly finished the paperwork. Is this the customer service you expect? You've been warned...
