We acknowledge this enrollment into our Pay When You Pass version of the 45 hr Renewal course and due to an error, the student was in fact charged twice. Once the error was brought to our attention we expedited the refund for the duplicate charge. The 45 hr course was purchased and the student did not follow up on the renewal until the day the renewal was due, to complete the material. We are sorry to hear of the less-than-satisfactory experience this student encountered; we always strive to provide the best service and quality possible for our student.
If the student is still interested in taking courses with us, please accept a 10% mark-off as an apology of the error in the duplicated charge. Allied’s Student Services department may be contacted at 1-888-925-4282.
