In October I got rear-ended on the 710 fwy, when I got rear ended I hit a the person in front of me and so on. There was a total of 3 cars. It is now February and my car still hasn't been fixed. I would call the claims adjuster every single day, multiple times a day; never receiving a call back. The claim got started late November after finally getting a call back. The appraiser came by and looked at the damages, I thought the adjuster would call me to talk about it but she didn't I had to call her. Finally I got tired of working with her so I had to go to a supervisor who was rude and sent me right back to her. My car stopped working late November due to the accident and just sat there for a month until they decided to do something about it. Once I got the check for the repairs and I took it to the body shop the adjuster at the body shop noticed that they wanted to charge me for part of the repairs. Why should I pay for the repairs when it wasn't my fault? I called the adjuster at Alliance, which wasn't the same one after calling multiple times I called another supervisor and he said "oh someone else is handling your claim now maybe that's why she hasn't returned your call." I thought, man that's rude! So the new claims adjuster offered me a rental for 15 days at $20 a day but my car hadn't been working for almost a month and now 2 months later I have no car or rental. I had to quit working and drop out of school due to a lack of transportation.
Working with this insurance company is a nightmare. It's one of the worse companies I've ever had to deal with.
The first day I called I told the receptionist I had been waiting on the line for 20 min she said "oh really? We've only been open for 10 minutes."
I have never dealt with such rude and unhelpful people my whole life.
Horrible customer service & horrible follow up.
