BOGUS REFINANCE PROGRAM

This Company is nothing but SCAM when it comes to refinancing a vehicle-they are bogus- sent a mailer re pre-qualified to refinance vehicle when its all a sales tactic to get me to purchase a car at a dealership. They have no refinancing options at all! REPORT THIS CO to the CFPB. The rep actually said the credit report disclosed my interest rate in which was inaccurate. The credit bureau doesn't disclose INTEREST RATES! I asked for a manager who claims hes the DIRECTOR...yeah right! Said he wakes up at 6am to make sure everyone does their job and how he's been working there since 1990..lol too funny.This is a NEW company started business in 1990...numbers dont add up!. SCAM..stay away
