I would not recommend anyone spend their money with this company. I had taken my son there back on March 19, 2011 at that time the receptionist was very nice(while taking my money) and was very reassuring that my sons information would be processed timely(in about 10 days his status should show up in the system). Well here it is now May 27th and still no information. I had my son to call the company several times over the past couple of weeks only to be given the run around. I had him hand me the phone so that I could get some specifics as to what the status was and why the delay, and in short the receptionist(Nicole) hung up in my face. So I have decided to file a complaint against this company with the department of consumers affairs, the better business Berea and the attorney general office. You cant just get a customers money, treat them like crap and not deliver the product that they paid for. In my opinion they should be shut down.
