This was the first time I had come to this facility. Prior to my appointment they called me three times to confirm. On the last call, the day of my appointment, the receptionist asked me to arrive an hour early due to a change in their schedule. I left early from work and when I arrived at the facility I began to fill out their information packet, after I had almost finished filling out their several pages of forms, the receptionist informed me that they were terminating their contract with my insurance and it was pointless for me to continue. Why she didn't say this in any of the three phone calls she made to me, when she knew who my insurance provider was? All I know is that she said she was aware of the termination since my interest in the facility weeks prior and never bothered to tell me. Even after I left work early for them, she was inconsiderate in informing me of the issues. I will never return there and I hope you won't either. I'd like to remind them that customer service is a huge part of their business which relies on referrals from others. Next time they should be more diligent in doing their jobs and checking whether they can actually provide service before asking others to accommodate them.
