This early educational facility looks welcoming, but the Director and Owners are not concerned about the community within the facility. We want a community for our son. We want a welcoming place from the teachers and the Directors, which we have experienced in the past...NOT here! We like our teacher assistant, but the main teacher needs a review.
It is very obvious that the owners are just trying to create a place to hang onto what they have already invested into the learning center. We have written complaints and there was not a comment. I verbally complained to the Director about how our son's teacher was preparing her lessons while the children were "fee playing" in the morning...no response. I then confronted the Director with constructive feedback that we are not happy with how our son's teacher goes about communicating with us...no response from her. Instead, while I was passing out cake to our son's class, his teacher had the nerve to confront me with an attitude as with regards to asking what problem I had with her! Very unprofessional! No response from the Owner nor the Director.
