love the ring not the stone

I ordered a pave setting that I love. It came with 36 small diamonds. After 5 days one stone turned brown. I decided not to return the ring to get fixed, because it was cheaper and worry free to have the jeweler that set in my 3ct diamond in the ring to replace the small diamond. I felt I would have paid more in shipping. I would shop here again.
