Do not deal with this company!! Too bad I just read these review here. Today in March 11, 2011. My original order is Feb 18, 2011 even after numerous phone calls (average wait 9 minutes) they still can't resolve the problem. They sent me wrong size tarp with higher prize. I didn't claim for the prize difference just requesting correct size replacement. Nothing is happening! I asked for refund on my CC, they said they can't only give store credit. What good it is, if the service is sucks! The person who handle the phone is very nice and polite, but the service is bad. At one time, a person name Daniel (could be the Manager) picked up the phone, after I explain the problem he put me on hold to eternity and never came back!? He may get rapture, I pray he went straight to heaven. Maybe it's time to report it to BBB, or file a class action suit. I am contacting my attorney now.
