One of the worst run businesses I have had the non-pleasure to work with. We ordered a canopy several months ago and received notice via email that our canopy had shipped, with an anticipated delivery date. The day came and went and still no canopy. Emailed them and was told, they had made a mistake and it did not ship but should ship in the next few days. Received shipment after second shipment notification but one part was missing and 2 parts were damaged. Called to notify them of condition of our order. They requested that I email them a photo of the damaged parts...did so within 30 minutes of their request. No response...callled and left numerous messages with no return calls. Finally, after refusing to hang up and getting transferred several times, spoke to someone who said they would ship out the missing and damaged parts. Waited several weeks, still no parts. Called again and was told it would be shipped...another week, no canopy. After more calls with threats to seek legal action, the parts were finally deliverd. No apology, no explanation! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, unless you are willing to deal with wasting your time, energy and money!
