Zero, horrible customer service!

I have been trying to receive a tent cover since 08/2014 to replace the one I purchased a year ago. The first one I received after 20 plus calls to their customer service, it was the wrong type. The second one I received was the right type however, it
was to small for the frame. The third one I received the first of this month again after numerous calls to C/S stating it is to large. No one will return my calls to this day 10/27, I am a business owner and do not have the time to make numerous calls, day
after day, leaving messages, because you cannot call and have a live person answer the phone.
