We recently purchased a tarp from Tarps Plus on line. We did so because they offered a size in tarps that we were looking for and is hard to find. We had no problem placing the order, receiving confirmation of the order or receiving confirmation that the order was shipped. However, upon receiving the tarp and opening it up we realized that at the seams the tarp is very thin and for the price we paid we do not feel it will hold up very long. We tried to e-mail this company through their "contact us" on their web site several times and never received any response to our problem. We also tried to call the company only to receive an answering machine to leave a message which we have not heard any reply to either. We would like to return the tarp so we can get one that is going to fulfill our needs. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company if they are not willing to stand behind their products.
