Should have read the reviews before buying from this company!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I called to ask a question regarding the canopy pictured online and got a sales rep. He convinced me to order from him instead of online. Big mistake. I never received a confirmation email as promised and the wrong canopy was delivered. My credit card was charged right away even though I did not get an email with the sales order information.
I tried to call the company, and as others have stated in the reviews, there is no customer service. No one calls back no matter how many messages you leave. I sent an email but no response.
Now there is a 55 pound box that I cannot carry with the wrong product. I don't want to open in since I will have to drag it back to UPS to send back. I wanted to exchange it and receive the correct product, but can't physically move the box and the company will not contact me to see how this can be handled.
Mistakes happen, but what is most concerning is that there was no confirmation via email, yet my credit card was charged. I order online a lot and within seconds after an order is placed, one generally gets a confirming "thank you for your order".
I will let American Express and the BBB take over from here.
