Do Not Buy From Acculaw
|
I would second a poor review. I bought supposedly a refurbished machine from them a little over a year ago, Decemer of 2010, but didn't even start using it until April of 2011. During my 1 year warranty, I had to send it back twice for repair, and I had to pay for the S&H. Of course, a few weeks after the warranty ran out, my machine broke again. I sent it to a local dealer/technician to get fixed. He advised me that my battery was from 2007, and was a danger to my machine; that my machine had been comprised of several machines & put together as one machine. Some of the computer pieces they put in there were now obsolete. Like another lady had posted in her review, the original paper tray they sent me was a joke. It was almost impossible to fit in the machine and I had to squeeze the paper into the tray. My machine was such a mess and my technician felt so sorry for me and was so angry at the piece of garbage that Acculaw had sold me, that he took $500 off of my repair bill. That is not a typo, yes, $500 off of my bill. That's how much work had to be put into my machine after less than a year of use. Don't get taken for a ride like I did. You may not find as nice of a technician to fix yours like I did.
