I had ordered Acai Nutraburst about 2 1/2 weeks ago along with Nature Cleanse. I was told by an ad on the internet that if you combine the two you would get the best results for weight loss. So I went ahead and gave both products a go for the "Free Trial". Which excluded the $4.95 s/h charges per item. I tried both items and was not convinced so I first called Nature Cleanse which had no problem reversing the transaction and crediting my bank account. However, when I tried calling ACAI Nutraburst the first representative could not speak a lick of English and told me that my order was non-refundable and that I need to have read the terms and conditions. I said that I had and since this was a "trial" that I was not satisfied and wanted my money back. He then held down a number key on the phone and hung up on me. I then made a second attempt and spoke to a sales woman and asked to speak to the manager. She claimed that she was the manager and was like you need to read the terms and conditions. I too told her didn't the terms and conditions state the amount of days the trial was for? She then said 14 days. I said when do you start counting the 14 day she said from the day you order the product from us. I was like wait a second how can you charge someone for a product without them even trying it and having it in their hands? I said "isn't that illegal". She said ma'am if you read the terms and conditions. I then proceeded to ask her for the corporate offices number she said I would have to call the number again and go through the operator. There was no operator the phone went straight to her. I will never order from this company again!! The lady also claimed that they had cancelled my account. I am not so sure now after reading all of these reviews.
