I found this company using a google search. I submitted an online request to possibly sell my car. I was contacted the next day by Dan. After he took a detailed description, he requested I e-mail pics of the car. This was done at the end of the business day. Early in the morning he called back with a used car sales estimate, both high and low end. By 11:00 am, he had an offer for me which was very reasonable for the excellent condition, year and make of the crossover. He called back an hour later because he had a gentleman walk-in who wanted the car and outbid the previous offer, so I received more than the original agreed to sales price. Where do you find honesty in a company anymore?? Meantime, I checked out Aaero Sweet at the State of California Occupational License Status Information System website where they were licensed and in good standing, and of course, here at the BBB. At 2PM they sent a tow truck driver with a check. I signed the title over, signed a statement that the car had never had an accident with axle/frame damage, and off it went in less than 24 hours from point of telephone contact. The check was good (Wells Fargo said they would put a ten day hold on it, but half cleared in one day, and the second half the following day, per my bank's policy, not theirs). The check was good and this company and their broker, Dan, and tow-truck driver are good as gold in my mind. It was also a pleasure being able to be a single lady and not feel pressured and/or attempted to be ripped-off. I was extremely happy with the whole transaction and recommend this company without reservation.
