I just received the NBDE CD from mail. I had difficult to run it. When I finally open the software it is a mess. It is in a very difficult to read format and the answer of the first one is obviously wrong. That makes me have no interest to look on the other 4005 questions. The phone number they provide is alway voicemail. If you left your phone number you will never get reply. The e-mail from customer service shows they don't know what's wrong. I think it is a fraud company and we consumers should get together to sue them.
