I hired this company to move my 2 bd townhouse to another unit (no truck required). I have had many moves over the past few years and this was by far the worst ever. 2 guys showed up to move - hit furniture on multiple walls which took the paint off the walls, stratched many pieces of hard wood floor, and damaged my desk. They got to the new place and hit the walls and did even more damage. It gets better...I called the owner Scott, and told him about the damage and he needed to fix it - I explained how ridiculous I thought it was he wanted me to pay him when his movers cost more in damage than the cost of the more. He hung on me. He later called his mover and his mover handed me the phone. I said "Scott, you need to hear what happened." Scott then said, "No! You need to listen to me!". I was shocked. I have been a business owner for 12 years and cannot imagine saying this to anyone. Scott emailed us that he would repair or replace anything damaged. It's been over a week and he hasn't contacted us yet....nor answered any calls. Do yourself a favor....call another mover or hire some random college kids.
