Let's start in the begining: Phone calls were answered in a reasonable timely manner. Mike came within 5 mins of the window we expected; and called to let us know he was on his way. He was polite and neat. He gave us our quote from a book which made us very comfortable that the price was fair and standard. The plumber's truck was clearly labelled. Mike, the actual plumber, seemed like a good guy which is very important to our family as we have small children and are selective about who can come into our home. He did the work quickly and so far so good knock on wood everything is working great. We are pleased and we recommend Mike from 24-7 plumbing.
