This company is deceptive in its practices. I financed a warranty policy with the vehicle that was never purchased. I paid $999 for a warranty and roadside service policy I will never see. I purchased the vehicle a month ago and have brought it back in 3 times for repairs because of it breaking down. When I wondered why it kept having the same problems when they were supposedly fixed, I was informed by the repair shop that it had been taken to that they were told to simply replace the battery and reset the computer. When the car was delivered to me I was told the repairs were completed, that there was a bunch of work done that actually wasn't. They had me driving around in a mechanically unsound vehicle with my children in it, knowing that I had children and commuted long distances. Shame on them. Hopefully they can redeem themselves by making this right.
