- Be explicit and write clearly. It is easy to misunderstand - watch the use of jargon
and explain acronyms if you must use them.
- Assume positive intent. If a post bothers you, try and read it in another way. If
it angers you, wait a while before you respond.
- Critique specific ideas, not the author. Differing viewpoints are useful when we
focus on the issues.
- Ask good questions – there is a great wealth of expertise available in our Community,
just waiting for someone to ask for it.
