legitimate refi broker or could I be in trouble here?

I wonder if an online mortgage broker is legitmate? There is a DRE license number, however I see that the business only has one review here on BBB and it was posted on the day they were accredited, which was right around the time that I started my online loan re-fi search - which all was about a month ago. There are only 2 employees in the firm and I wonder if maybe I mad a big mistake by giving them all my financial infomation online. Suggesstions as to where I should go at this point? They keep dragging out the loan refi process and are providing virtually no service now that they have every bit of key financial info on me. Yikes.

The name of the comany in question is Save Financial Group. I see there is an Inc. and a ,Inc. Please help.

I have linked their BBB report above, there are no complaints on file and I don't see any problems with the company. Did you pay any advance fees?
