They will charge you $199 for an "options report" and then several hundred more for "engagement" and "acceptance" services.
This company is very new and I would be wary of dealing with them. Here's their BBB report:

Banks and car lenders aren't really interested in modifying auto loans. These are secured loans, and the lender always has the option of repossessing the vehicle if the payments aren't made. Your lender may modify your existing loan, and you should be ready to document a hardship, such as job loss or divorce. Maybe you can refinance with them into an extended term loan. Have you spoken with your lender directly yet?
Again, I'd contact the lender directly and avoid middle men like this.
